And next Sunday dancers gaevoy will open the season of outdoor concerts in Minsk to demonstrate their virtuosity in the heart of the city from mid-day until sunset. After all this time — right now, while "Khoroshki" at home: all summer they're going on tour, starting with Ukraine will continue in Poland and go further in Europe. And who will refuse in the chamber atmosphere to leaf through the family album? Well, almost family. Although about this "almost" Valentina Gaevaya can argue, commenting on rare archival footage from the collections of the BTRC, retaining the first PA "Goroshek" on stage and in the rehearsal halls.
In 1975, when the band first recorded for television, dance Belarus was still far from the self-evident phenomenon, as it is today. Across the Soviet Union rattled other ensemble of Igor Moiseyev, the Georgian national ballet named after Iliko Sukhishvili, the Ukrainian team name Virsky. Belarusian roots gaevoy was not, but something turned on, "there was a relationship of some kind", she recalled later.

— When I put them on their artists, they just laughed. For me it was a complete tragedy, even had someone to leave.
